Document Description
Tentative map for a minor subdivision application to subdivide an approximately 42,140-square-foot vacant lot into three lots. Parcel A will be 13,157 square feet, Parcel B will be 13,959 square feet and Parcel C will be 14,712 square feet. No residential development is proposed with the project. The project is proposing future improvements such as grading of approximately 2,000 cubic yards of fill, installation of wells, connecting to an existing sewer system, and construction of driveways for the proposed lots. The project also includes the removal of a Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) and a Pacific Bell Telephone Company (PT&T) easements that run north to south through the parcel and is proposing to dedicate 5’ of frontage along Sandmound Boulevard to Contra Costa County. Access to the parcels would be provided by Sandmound Boulevard to the west. The project was approved on: July 1, 2024 by the County Zoning Administrator
