Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-38297-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. The project is limited to removing and replacing two deteriorated poles (Pole 2328074E and 2328075E) and two anchors associated with Pole 2328075E. The new poles will be set within three feet of the existing poles and the anchors will be set 46 and 63 feet west of Pole 2328075E. The poles will be accessed by truck and by foot with an additional 50 feet of overland truck travel to access Pole 2328075E. Minor vegetation trimming or removal are expected to occur. Project activities described above are anticipated to temporarily impact 0.34 acres (280 linear feet) of resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 and excavation of up to approximately 7.56 cubic yards of native soil.
