Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to John B. Dewitt State Natural Reserve to allow for pole replacement work along the existing Garberville 1102 distribution line.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
