Reasons for Exemption
Signs will be installed within an existing, developed footprint. The signs will replace static (non-digital) signage. No potential for significant environmental impacts is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.4. Based upon the project scope and standard conditions, the action falls under the Departmental List of Exempt activities according to CEQA §15300.4 as outlined in the Department of Operations Manual, Chapter 0600: Class 11, Section 15311: “Accessory Structures”.
