The proposed project is an approval of a Cooperative Agreement between various Southern California counties and cities, regulatory agencies and special authorities including the County of Orange to participate in the Southern California Stormwater Monitoring Coalition (SMC), effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029. The SMC supports cooperative stormwater monitoring data collection, research projects and advances in stormwater science and stormwater management efforts for improved water quality.
