The Project would include upgrades to the Golf Course driving range including overall grading and drainage improvements and the addition of new features such as a small plaza with a concession area, a new putting green and teaching tee, an electronic golf ball tracking system, a bioretention facility, and a new irrigation system. The new plaza would include an upper and lower area, entry ramps, shading structures, and seating (i.e., benches, tables). The Project would also include demolition of an existing ball machine shed and a sanitary sewer line.
