This project will repair a sinkhole and void caused by a failed and collapsed corrugated metal slotted drain on southbound SR-55, approximately 1,000 feet south of the SR-55/SR-73 interchange. The collapsed slotted drain is not repairable and requires replacement. The sinkhole presents an unsafe driving condition to the motoring public, and the left shoulder will remain closed until repair
