Document Description
The proposed Project authorized RAP to remove vegetation, trash, and debris in the Park as well as Machado Lake, throughout the year outside of nesting bird season. Biological surveying and monitoring, and nesting bird surveys are required pre-construction as well as throughout the nesting season. A reduction of the presence and spreading of non-native and invasive plant species will also be required within a year of project approval. Beneficiaries are patrons of the park.
