A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to amend CUP No. 2071560 for an existing Marijuana Production Facility to operate as a Cannabis Production Facility within Suite #B200, which consists of 6,006-square feet of floor area within an existing 17,032-square-foot one story building located at 6225 Progressive Avenue. The 6.56-acre site is zoned Industrial - Light (IL-2-1) and designated as Light Industrial In the Otay Mesa Community Plan. Project operations would include the processing, manufacturing, and distribution of cannabis products to State of California licensed outlets. The project Is also located within the Airport FM Part 77 Noticing Area (Brown Field 546- 551 ASML), Airport Influence Area, Brown Field Review Area 1, Airport Land Use Compatibility Overlay Zone - Brown Field, Airport Land Use Compatibility Overlay Zone - Noise- 60-65 CNEL, Airport Safety Zone 6, Geologic Hazards Type 53, Prime Industrial Lands, Transit Priority Overlay Zone, Outdoor Lighting Zone 3, Otay Watershed, Otay Valley Sub-area Watershed, and Council District 8. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Map: PM 20074 /Lot No. PAR 1, APN 645- 280-25-09.
