Document Description
The Project consists of a request to Fresno LAFCo to expand the RCWD SOI by 40,51 0 acres and its service area by 68,91 6 acres. The Project would make the RCWD SOI and service area coterminous with the McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency boundary. This would allow the annexed land to receive services from RCWD. RCWD currently provides its landowners with representation, advocacy and information services regarding Statewide water policy, water rights, new State legislation, and other issues affecting local agricultural irrigation.
