Reasons for Exemption
The subdivision is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act per Section 15315. Minor Land Divisions, because the subdivision is proposed within an urban service area, conforms with the General Plan and Zoning, does not require variances or exceptions, all services and access to the proposed parcels to local standards are available, the parcel was not involved in a division of a larger parcel in the previous two years, and the parcel does not have a slope greater than 20%. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
