Document Description
The Project involves the installation of approximately 1,070 linear feet of 6-foot high 3/4 expanded metal panels fencing and removal of approximately 5,706 square feet of non-riparian vegetation (Pyracantha shrubs) and 16 trees (Chinese Pistache) that range between 3- to 17-inch diameter at breast height on Valley Water fee title property (APN 434-20-028) in the City of San Jose. The Project site is a paved parking lot with non-riparian vegetation and trees. Valley Water’s standard Best
Management Practices would be incorporated into the Project. The purpose of the Project is to clear and secure the property for new right-of-way.
