Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-LAN-20141-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to R&R Gonzalez Trucking, Inc. as represented by Rogelio Gonzalez. The Project is limited to the removal of uncertified fill within the Project Parcel, including along the banks and bed of the Santa Clara River and an associated tributary. This material was dumped illegally, and the removal of the material will return areas within streambed areas to its original grade. These activities were part of a court order following the discovery of the illegal dumping.

Section 15304 consists of minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry and agricultural purposes. The project consists of illegal fill removal and restoration of the original grade.
