Document Description
The Emmanuel Outreach Center proposes to demolish an existing 2,100 square foot structure, replacing it with a 4,440 square foot church building on a site of 11,250 square feet in size. The site is planned Medium Density Residential and zoned R-1. Church uses are conditionally allowed in the R-1 zone district requiring approval of a conditional use permit. A planned development permit has also be requested, providing relief in property developments standards, including parking and setbacks.
