Document Description
The license would allow United States Department of Homeland Security in conjunction with the operations of US Customs & Border Protection to use of one full interior Radio Rack Space (Interior Radio Rack Space defined as having a width and depth measurement of approximately 9 square feet of space) in the existing County equipment building and to use space for one (1) rack of equipment and one (1) mount for an omni BA-1010 antenna (or similar omni antenna on the existing communications tower at approximately 25 feet level. The licensee shall have the right to use North Peak Road for ingress and egress to the site. The initial term of the lease is ten years, commencing May 1, 2024, and ending April 30, 2034.
