The Project Applicant, Walmart Real Estate Business Trust, proposes a Plot Plan (PP2022-0422), Specific Plan Amendment (SPA No. 2), Conditional Use Permit (CUP 2022-0062), and a Sign Program Amendment to allow for the demolition of an asphalt-paved parking lot associated with the existing Walmart Supercenter #5156, and redevelopment of the property with the construction and operation of a Walmart fuel station with kiosk and canopy with three underground gasoline and/or diesel storage tanks. The Project is designed to include a canopy with 8 stack fuel dispensers (16 pumps).
