Code Regulations, Section 15305, Class 5, pertaining to the Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations. The project will not result in significant impacts as the intent of the project is to remove the subject parcels from a Williamson Act Contract. As such, the use of Section 15305 is applicable and appropriate for this Project.
