Document Description
The San Miguel Community Services District (SMCSD) proposes to upgrade the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and install a new 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and HDPE wastewater transmission pipeline and a 4-inch PVC sewer force main. The proposed project would increase the permitted daily capacity from 200,000 to 500,000 gallons per day and enable the use of treated effluent to be stored or conveyed to nearby agricultural operations for non-potable agricultural irrigation.
