On January 30, 2024, the City of Placentia, acting as the lead agency, evaluated the potential for adverse environmental impact; and no evidence has been found that the proposed project will have any potential for adverse effects on the environment. The Project involves the reconstruction of existing asphalt concrete streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutter and bus pads and similar facilities. These facilities are existing, and no additional lanes or new structures will be constructed.
