Document Description
The Project consists of a plot plan application, Plot Plan No. 220024 (PPT 220024) to allow the development of a 5.06-acre site with a 105,371 square-foot (s.f.) warehouse building, including landscaping, associated infrastructure, and street improvements. The building would consist of 97,371 s.f. of warehouse space, a 4,000 s.f. office on the ground floor, and a 4,000 s.f. mezzanine level office on the second floor. A total of 21 truck docking doors would occur along the western portion of the north-facing side of the building. A total of 82 parking spaces for passenger vehicles and vans would be accommodated in the northern portions of the site, with a solar carport covering approximately 2,660 s.f. of the parking area in the northeastern portion of the site. Access for passenger vehicles and trucks would occur from Patterson Avenue.
