Document Description
The Recreation and Park Board of Commissioners previously approved the following scope of work for the Project: 1) Conversion of 2 tennis courts (#5 and #6) to pickleball courts. 2) Replacement of fencing and improvements to surfacing. RAP Staff has determined that it is necessary to modify the existing scope of work of the Project to add the following: 1) Path of travel improvements. Due to the change in scope, RAP needs supplemental funding to complete this Project.
Beneficiaries are patrons of the park.
