Document Description
The existing roof at the Antioch Library requires resurfacing as it is showing signs of deterioration. The project consists of work on the upper and lower roofs. The upper roof will be cleaned, and a moisture barrier will be applied to extend the life of the roof. The lower roof will be resurfaced, additional drainage will be installed, and associated flashing will be replaced around the perimeter of the roof. There will be no expansion of the building, ground disturbance, or disturbances to vegetation. Work is anticipated to begin May 2024, will take place during normal business hours, and will take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
