Document Description
The site is currently developed with a 66,000-square-foot warehouse building. The current project is to modify a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for cannabis production (file Zl7-072, 218-080, and Zl9-120). More specifically, the proposed project is to amend the CUP to re-designate Suites 20 and 22 from cannabis manufacturing and distribution to include cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and a non-storefront, delivery-only cannabis dispensary. In addition, the on (Z 19-120) had the incorrect square footage identified for suites 18, 20, and 22, which this modification will also correct.
