Reasons for Exemption
A Class 32 covers projects consisting of small project on less than five (5) acres due to the property located and surrounded by existing commercial and residential development and has no significant negative impacts on the environment are anticipated to result from development of the site. The design of the site will not have any significant negative impacts to wildlife or their habitat, and no sensitive or protected species have been identified on the existing site. Furthermore, Conditions of Approval will be imposed to alleviate potential impacts and there are no additional potential significant environmental impacts that may result from the proposed development and establishment of the proposed project.
