Document Description
This project will include approximately 3.4 centerline miles of roadways throughout the County as well as improvements to the County Civic Center campus where maintenance treatments known as slurry seal, will be applied to various roadways, parking lots and pathways around the Civic Center campus as well as various roadways in the neighborhoods of Lucas Valley, Tamalpais, Green Point and Santa Venetia that show signs of weathering and pavement cracking. Construction will take place during the daytime hours with traffic control measures. The following roads will receive maintenance treatments: Armory Dr & Jury Parking Lot - All of the parking lot and access road connecting Civic Center Dr, Vera Schultz Dr - Half of the road closest to Civic Center Dr from the middle arch to north arch, Lagoon Path, Outer Loop - Portion of the lagoon pathway furthest from the Lagoon Pond and closest to Armory Dr & Jury Parking Lot. Mt. Burney Ct - From Mt. Rainier Dr to end, Mt. Rainier Dr - From west end to Mt. McKinley Rd and from Mt. McKinley Rd to ldylberry Rd, Mt. Rainier Ct - From Mt. Rainier Dr to end, Mt. Wittenburg Ct - From Mt. Tallac Ct to end, Mt. Tallac Ct - From Mt. Shasta Dr to end, Mt. Muir Ct - From Lucas Valley Rd to end, Spruce St - From CA Hwy 1 (Shoreline Hwy) to Marin Ave, Starling Rd - From Flamingo Rd to Robin Rd, Robin Rd - From Ross Dr to Flamingo Rd, Flamingo Rd - From 100 ft north of Starling Rd to Marin Ave, Marin Ave- From Bell Ln to Tennessee Valley Rd, Archibald Ln - From Atherton Ave (West End) to Atherton Ave (East End), N San Pedro Rd - From Garden Ave / Golf Ave to Meriam Dr, Lowell Ave - From Meriam Ave to east end and from Mark Twain Ave to south end, Mark Twain Ave - From Whittier Ave to Lowell Ave, Cushing Ave - From Lowell Ave (North End) to Lowell Ave (South End), Madison Ave - From Meriam Ave to end.
