Document Description
The Project is limited to one encroachment to upgrade two damaged culverts with a pre-cast concrete box culvert. Work for these encroachments will include vegetation maintenance, excavation, removal
of the existing culverts, replacement with the box culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, rock armoring as
necessary to minimize erosion, and revegetation of the disturbed area.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects
