Document Description
The proposed project consists of the installation of an 8” diameter sewer main along the centerline of Parkwood Drive and Pamela Way in Chico. Construction elements include trenching, installation, and backfill of sewer main line and service laterals; grinding and removal of existing asphalt roadway; HMA paving; miscellaneous concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacement; and minor thermoplastic striping replacement. All work will be completed in a previously disturbed area and in conformance with the most recent Caltrans Standard Specifications and the City of Chico Standard Plans.

There are no unusual circumstances leading to a reasonable possibility that significant environmental impacts will result from the project. Therefore, the City finds that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with CEQA Section 15303 (d).
