Document Description
The City has adopted amendments to the Tahoe Valley Area Plan relating to permissible uses, building design and articulation, parking standards, residential densities, outdoor dining, and residential open space. These changes are intended to increase consistency with recently changed or new CA laws, TRPA Code of Ordinances, and City priorities.
