Gia Trieu has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit requesting to operate a live music and dance lounge with a new On-Sale Beer and Wine – Public Premise (Type 42) Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License. In addition, the applicant has submitted a Public Convenience or Necessity application requesting that the City of Rosemead determine that the issuance of a Type 42 ABC License for CUP 23-02 will serve the public convenience or necessity, as required by the State Department of ABC when a project site is located within a census tract with an undue concentration of alcohol licenses and/or a crime reporting district with an undue concentration of crime.
