On Interstates 8;15 and 805 and on State Routes 67 and 94 at various locations in San Diego County, the proposed project would install high strength climb-resisting and cut resisting security fence to deter and prevent repeated unauthorized entry into State Right of Way (ROW) for temporary shelters by people experiencing homelessness. State ROW fences and gates have been cut or bypassed allowing access to establish unsheltered encampments.
