Both reporting elements have been combined into a single General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report, with the Housing Element Annual Progress Report incorporated into the report as Appendix A. The report identifies the notable progress or changes to the programs that the City made during the 2023 calendar year, as well as includes a Complete listing of General Plan Goals, Policies, and Programs, and is incorporated into the report as Appendix B. In addition to reporting on the City's progress toward completion of programs, the Housing Element Annual Progress Report includes a listing of all housing units entitled, permitted, or completed during calendar year 2023.
