LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parcel 25, Parcel Map No. 9637, In the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, being a division of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 2972, being a portion of Lot 7 of G-W Industrial Park Unit No. 2, In the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 76'74, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County June 26, 1973.

The City of San Diego conducted an environmental review that determined the project would not have the potential to cause a· significant effect on the environment. The project meets the criteria set forth in CEQA Section 15301, which consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, Involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The project is requesting an Amendment to the previously approved CUP for the existing 5,548 sf Cannabis Production Facility (CPF). No new construction or expansion of use Is proposed. Therefore, this exemption was deemed appropriate. In addition, the exceptions listed In CEQA Section 15300.2 would hot apply. The site is not Included on any list compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 for hazardous waste sites.
