are required for the proposed parcel subdivision. Allpublic services and utilities would remain available to the proposed project
per local standards.Access to the proposed parcels would also remain available per local standards. The parcel does nothave an
average slope greater than 20 percent and it is not located on a listed hazardous waste site. Additionally, the proposed parcel
subdivision would not result in cumulative impacts, and the parcel subdivision would not result in a significant effect on biological
resources, historical resources, or any other environmental resource.
