The South Coast Water District (SCWD) proposes to construct site improvements to the existing Camino Del Avion Flow Control Facility, including re-grading , new pavement, access improvements, utility relocations, extension of the facility footprint approximately 40 feet to the east , and Installation of approximately 100 linear feet of drainage piping. The project would address significant ground settlement and stormwater ponding at the site and would benefit adjacent properties.
