Reasons for Exemption
The project proposes minor alterations and replacements to existing water infrastructure owned and operated by the District. One PRV would be abandoned and replaced with a 25-foot section of water main. Another PRV would be installed along the path of an existing 12-inch water main to reduce flow pressure. These minor alterations would improve the function of existing District infrastructure and no additional capacity of the water system would be created.
