Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to extend an existing pier at the subject property in Lake Tahoe. To extend the pier from 99 feet to 159 feet lakeward, two existing pilings will be removed, ten new steel pilings will be driven by use of vibratory hammer, and a new pierhead with an adjustable catwalk will be constructed.
