Document Description
San Joaquin field division plans to install a down drain to direct rainwater away from the Wheeler Ridge spoil pile exit road. To do this work, staff will compact the area with a backhoe. A water truck might be used to aid in compaction or control dust. Once compacted, the down drain would be installed by hand. All work will take place within the DWR right of way. The work is estimated to take one day to complete. This work is necessary to maintain the access roads.
