The City of Concord is constructing the Residential Pavement Maintenance, Phase B: Concrete Improvements Project (City Project Nos. 2607-2608) to consist of, in general, mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; clearing, grubbing and root pruning; removal, replacement, construction and modification of concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, curb ramps, driveways, valley gutters and accessible parking stalls; removal of asphalt roadway; placement of hot mix asphalt materials; lowering and/or adjusting utility covers to finish grade; removal and replacement of roadside signs and posts; painted traffic striping pavement markings and curb markings; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
