To provide safe vehicular access and to comply with Vegetation Management Guidelines established by the CA Department of Parks and Recreation, vegetation must be cleared along Gaviota Beach Road. Additionally, the clearing is required to comply with the State Minimum Fire Safe Regulations for safe road ingress and egress (CCR Title 14, Div. 1.5, Ch. 7-2, Articles 1-5).
