The project proposes to add paved 8-foot-wide shoulders, shoulder backing, traffic striping, and roadside ditches along both sides of E. Goodfellow Avenue from 0.710 miles east of S. Channel Road to S. Reed Avenue; realign a 1.3-mile segment of the centerline of E. Goodfellow Avenue; add a right-turn pocket on the south side of the intersection of E. Goodfellow Avenue and Riverbend Avenue; and replace or extend up to three existing culverts.
