Document Description
The project will refresh teaching laboratories in rooms 103 and 109 of Hutchison Hall for the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The scope of work includes demolition, hazardous materials removal, new room divider, paint, ceiling and flooring finishes, casework, and sinks. Minor modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Electrical work includes updated power outlets, lighting, security, communications, and adjustments to fire alarm as needed for work. The project also delivers access improvements per code. The project will modernize teaching lab rooms 103 & 109, re-configuring the two existing spaces into a single teaching lab with new furniture; new floors; minor modifications to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; and audio-visual upgrades.
