Document Description
This proposal consists of a Lot Line Adjustment and a land division, both of which will be accomplished when a parcel map records for this project. The Lot Line Adjustment will adjust the boundaries between six (6) existing parcels and will result in four (4) parcels (18.57 acres, 45.91 acres, 1.03 acres and 1.09 acres) and a land division which will subdivide the 45.91 acre parcel from the lot line adjustment into one parcel (43.49 acres) and a designated remainder for the purpose of a farm home retention (2.42 acres).
