Staff has determined that the proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA” - Public Resources Code § 21000 et seq.) pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines (Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations).
