Document Description
Project proposes the reconfiguration of existing structures and the installation of two modular structures and additional associated improvements to the administration area of Sue-meg State Park to provide adequate staff office space for park employees. In an existing parking lot north of the current ranger's office, work will: • Realign two (2) existing 8-ft. x 20-ft. storage containers, with space in between for a fuel storage locker; • Install two (2) new 10-ft x 40-ft prefabricated structures, spaced approx. 16-ft apart; • Excavate a 30-in. deep x 12-in. wide x 155-ft long trench from the existing ranger's office to the new structures and install necessary electrical wiring, and connect to the new structures; • At each new structure, install an ADA compliant path of travel from an ADA parking spot to a wooden accessible ramp, providing access into each of the new structures; • Install a wooden roof between the new structures; and • Install fencing and gates around the structures, as needed, for security/safety purposes.
