Document Description
Heavy rains have eroded two access roads that lead to the Wheeler Ridge Pumping Plant spoil pile site. San Joaquin Field Division plans to repair the access roads by filling in the erosions and grading the roads. A dump truck or loader would be used to haul in fill material. Fill material would be composed of dirt currently located at the spoil pile site. A backhoe would be used to compact the erosion. A grader would be used to grade the area. A water truck may be used to help with compaction and control dust. The work is estimated to take a day to complete. All work is within DWR’s right of way. This work is necessary to maintain the access roads.
