Code Regulations 15315, Class 15 pertaining to Minor Land Divisions in urbanized areas. and, therefore, is not subject to CEQA. The use of Section 15315, Class 15 is applicable and appropriate due to the project’s location within the Three Rivers Urban Development Boundary.
