The project will consist of:
1. Resurfacing existing roadway with 0.25' Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) (Type A).
2. Placing tapered edge along the edge of pavement.
3. Repairing all pavement structural failure areas with full depth 0.50' HMA (Type A).
4. Replenishing 6' wide Shoulder Backing: 2' @ 8% and 4' to conform.
5. Applying Penetration Treatment at all intersection radii plus 50' or to conform.
6. Placing 2 new survey monument frames and covers.
7. Performing Earthwork (Miscellaneous Areas) where the shoulder's elevation is higher than the pavement.
