Document Description
The proposed project will rehabilitate City owned sections of Strawberry Creek culvert from the upstream most culvert entrance near the southeast corner of Oxford Ave/Center St intersection to the downstream most City owned portion of culvert at Browning Street north of Allston Way. Repair will consist of concrete spot repairs and spray-able fiber reinforced geopolymer mortar for the full length of City owned and maintained Strawberry Creek culverts. In total approximately 3,600 linear feet of culvert will be rehabilitated.

This project consists of the repair and maintenance of existing creek culverts to prevent failure and extend their service life. The footprint of the culverts will remain unchanged by the rehabilitation therefore the project does not involve an expansion of use and is covered by the Existing Facilities categorical exemption.
