Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-39233-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Raul Saldivar. The Project is limited to implementing the Restoration, Monitoring, and Reporting Plan, removing infrastructure associated with illicit cannabis cultivation, restoring the impacted areas of stream to their natural state revegetating areas impacted by illicit cannabis cultivation, and removing and properly disposing of trash and debris associated with the illicit cannabis cultivation that took place on the Property.
