The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-FRE-36376-R4 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Southern California Edison. The Project will include the removal and replacement of a culvert and associated structures within an access road to Big Creek Powerhouse No. 1. To maintain a dry work area, the site will be dewatered and the stream will be diverted around the work area. The work will take up to 45 days to complete.
